Our Staff

Our staff recognizes that each child needs to build and healthy self-concept. When children feel good about themselves, they can grow and develop with confidence. At Fontora's Family Childcare your child is a member of our family, so we try our best to put core values into everything we do.

I am the founder of FFC. My inspiration for this career began when I was a high school student working at a childcare in Argentina. Shortly after graduating, I made the life-changing decision of moving to the United States. Upon arriving, I continued working at child care centers. My job was primarily to take care of the infants. I later enrolled in Glendale Community College to receive my AA degree. However, my career goal was put on hold when I had my two children. Now that they have grown-up, I was able to return and receive my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education at Loyola Marymount University. From that point on, I finally had completed all the steps required in opening my own childcare. Although we are starting small, our dream is to one day own a center where we are able to care for every child that walks through our doors. Having my own children, I know how difficult it can be to find a reliable and affordable childcare. For that reason, I make it my mission to work one-on-one with every parent or guardian so that they have one less thing to worry about on a daily basis. I am excited to welcome your children into FFC and together grow, achieving our dreams together.

I have the privilege of being an employee at FFC. I am a recent Canyon High School graduate, planning on attending my second year at College of the Canyons in the Fall of 2019. My goal is to receive an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as Elementary Education by the Spring of 2020. Although I am a full-time student, I know being a part of FFC will be a great way to begin gaining experience for my future career as a teacher. Over the past summer, babysitting my two youngest cousins, a one-year-old and a two-year-old, has made me realize how important their early years are and the positive impact I have on their growth. Alongside FFC’s wonderful staff, I am committed to creating an environment where your child can grow academically, while still enjoying all the great activities every child should be able to experience.

I have the amazing opportunity to be an employee at FFC. I recently graduated high school, and I am now attending College of the Canyons to earn credentials as a Neonatal Nurse. Ever since I was a little kid, I have always loved children and babies. The admiration I have for them increased as I grew up, which is why I began babysitting for families at the age of 12 and have done so ever since. Childcare is the only area I truly have experience in and I couldn’t be happier working here. Being an employee and working with this amazing staff will give me the experience I will need for my future career. In addition, the courses I am taking in college are helping me understand child development, which in turn provides me with the guidance I need in order to attend to each child's needs. My goal as an employee is to always ensure that your child is safe, loved, and in an educational environment where he or she can grow academically and physically, all while having a fun childhood that every child deserves.
